The initial thought of live chat was good, although I didn't realise how popular it is and therefore how it adds to the customer experience when engaging with our brand. There have been quieter periods and that's when the team at Yomdel work with us to change that! Overall the service has furthered our offering, increased enquiry levels and provides a superb ROI!
