We charge per branch, not per user, as we actively encourage more user logins per branch, so that each users sees only the properties they are interested in.

Our agent users give us regular feedback that they have won instructions as the vendors were impressed by the quality of data presented in our Market Appraisal Reports, which are fully white-labelled for the agent.
Setup / Onboarding
The onboarding process starts as soon as we are in receipt of signed contracts. An appointment is booked for initial platform training with a dedicated member of our in-house team. Sprift will facilitate bespoke training dependant on requirements, and inclusive of full white labelling.
Training & Support
A call is scheduled approximately 2 weeks after onboarding to ensure that all customer needs have been met, followed by quarterly check-ins. Refresher training and new staff onboarding is also included as part of the on-going service. Additional telephone, email and chat support is available to Sprift customers throughout their subscription.
All training is currently being carried out remotely.
