For our customers (property managers and agents), our AI solution seamlessly integrates dataflows into their existing workflow systems (MRI, Reapit, Maintenance). It operates in the background handling requests on their behalf. It’s just there – adoption is frictionless. We have a 30 min onboarding call to configure your new chatbot "Alex" with your existing agency processes.
On the user side, we use Messenger – because we find ~85% of users already have it loaded on their phone. There is no separate app to download or portal to log into.
Additionally, we provide our new customers with an onboarding kit and human support to ensure tenants know about Alex. We have monthly “get to know Alex” webinars for new customers and staff. We provide everything you need to promote Alex to tenants – welcome emails, email auto-signatures, magnets, website plugin and more. All of this is backed by our Customer Success team.
