Northgate
There are three pricing models for the solution:
Trade pay - In this model there is no cost to the property management office. The platform fees are levied to the trades on a per job basis with no ongoing fees charged.
Co Pay - In this model the trade pays so of the per job fee and the agency pays some of the job fee - this can be done on a group wide or case by case option.
Agency Pay - In this model the property management office pays a small fee per property per month.

Setup / Onboarding
The setup is dependent on the selected pricing model.
In the Trade and co pay options there is time required to onboard and verify the trade service providers. It is recommended to begin the trade onboarding and invitation process 2 weeks prior to go live.
In the agency pay model the setup and onboarding can be completed within 24 hours.
Training & Support
Training and onboarding is done via webinar prior to go live. There is also a self paced training set of materials for property managers and trades to assist them in utilising the application. There are also regular catchups booked post go live to assist the team and review the metrics and advanced features to assist with ensuring the solution is being used as designed.
