We have used Inventory Hive for many years and the continual updates and improvements only reinforce our initial decision to use the software was the right one.My staff use the App for check-in, check-out, interim inspections, legionella risk assessments, 360 photos and virtual tours.The partnership with Fixflo has aided our maintenance reporting following interim inspections. The the date stamping on the photos and the ability to have comparison photos along side each other, aids our evidence provision when it comes to putting in deposit claims.. The same can be said when dealing with utility companies.The version we use today is so different to the first version and it goes to prove that Inventory Hive are constantly looking to improve their offering to us as property agents.Great software and great support.

Fantastic platform, Inventory Hive helps our teams to conduct check in and check out inventories effortlessly and quickly. We conduct all interim inspections using Inventory Hive as well as our daily block compliance checks. Really easy to use and feels like a stable piece of software. May not be the cheapest inventory app around, but from researching many, I found it did everything required. Love how it prompts for all the info required in a logical order and saved me so much time when doing the inventories compared to the old paper, pen and a 1000 photos.
