Onboarding

Setup / Onboarding

We offer a bespoke service and dedicated team for every new client. It typically takes a week to gain access to your CRM, set up VGN's and email branding - the complete white-labelled service. Following that we will spend two weeks training our agents on your system and familiarising them with your specific market place and brand. We will agree a go-live date between us and be ready to generate business for you from that date onwards!

Training & Support

In the lead up to going live, we will meet your branch managers to discuss exactly how we can add value and what we forecast to add to each branch bottom line. We will also introduce our dedicated agents who are going to work on your account so we can all work as closely as possible, resulting in a slick, streamlined service. The end result is that when our agents are calling your data, the customer will believe they are sat as one of your team, in your office - wherever that is!
