We have been using Viewagents for several months, as a tool to capture customer reviews & measure the volume of reviews being generated by each member of my team. Many of our customers do not have Google accounts, so have declined our requests for reviews however since we've started sending out the Viewagents link, our reviews have increased substantially as no Viewagent account is required to leave a review. We then use these reviews on our social media posts to ensure they are viewed by local people.

Having dealt with Domenic and the team at ViewAgents for several years now, I have always found them extremely helpful to work with. Nothing seems to much trouble. Whilst this might sound like what you would expect anyway, trust me not all suppliers are this easy to work with. Feels like we are working with 'really nice humans' again!
