Drop in performance

Your review

Unfortunately, since the acquisition by Plentific, support is less than average. This is to be expected as previously support was provided by the owners, Rachel was fantastic. Last support ticket was answered by a young call centre guy with zero knowledge. Will eb looking for another small owner run operation.

Nothing is ever an issue

These guys are brilliant. Software extremely easy to use and produce perfect reports. Very occasionally we may need an adaptation of a current report, Rachel & Terry amend, produce and forward with minutes. I am sure there are similar systems, some maybe cheaper, however in terms of overall customer service and therefore value, you will find it very hard to get a better supplier.

We have been using Touchright for around a year now and it is one of the best systems we have ever used. The team has really thought about every aspect of the letting agent journey and has made a system that is so easy to use and also produces fantastic reports! Not only is the system brilliant but the customer service you receive is also second to none. The team go above and beyond to respond to enquiries so promptly and efficiently and we would 100% recommend their services!

Forward thinking Inventory software

Your review

We've been using Touchright for several years now. It ticks every box for us, simple to use and train staff but detailed enough to satisfy landlords, tenants and the DPS! We like that the software is constantly evolving which doesn't seen to be the case with other competitors, the Signable integration is a welcome addition to the platform which takes an extra step out of our process, as well as the fixflo integration. We would also recommend the backend service which is friendly and swift! Keep up the good work!

Touchright is Superb

We have used TouchRight for the past 7 years and it has become an essential part of us being able to offer professional customer service. We use TouchRight on a daily basis and find it to be quick and easy, and yet flexible enough to cope with changing our ever business and customer needs. When they receive Sinclair branded TouchRight reports, our client landlords are always very impressed with the thoroughness and clarity.
Rachel, Terry and the team are fantastic to deal with, they are constantly listening to their customers and adding new features and value to what is already an excellent product. A couple of prime examples of this are the inclusion of features to help keeping lone workers safe whilst working in properties and reacting very quickly to introduce new features to cope with working remotely in a Covid-19 pandemic. We would strongly recommend TouchRight to anyone who is serious about improving their service to customers.

Brilliant Product and Support

Your review

Touchrite is a such a great product, I can't recommend it highly enough. I use it all the time, and yet there are still features I've yet to try. Rachel, Terry and the team will spend hours on training and support, they continue to improve on the software and take all feedback seriously.
If I ever have a problem, the support team will talk me through it and in every case find a solution. (It's usually user error!)
I love the simplicity of the app and the overall look is highly professional and our landlords are as imoressed with the end product as I am.

We are extremely happy with Touchright and wish we had found it sooner. It saves considerable man hours freeing up staff for other things. They are very helpful and have created several bespoke templates for us. They quickly reacted to the lockdown ensuring we could still offer the same levels of service to our clients.

An ever improving product which has saved us countless hours

TouchRight is a great product which in the last 4 years has helped us get rid of our time-consuming, mind-numbing paper inventory process. We now use their app on ipads & android devices and it is so easy to take photos from within the app to add to the inventory report. Our favourite features are report linking (saves A LOT of time!), remote comment requests (for tenants to check the report & give feedback) & we are looking forward to using their self-service report feature which was developed within a few weeks of the pandemic starting. They offer quick, friendly support and their subscription offers really good value for money. I'm looking forward to their future developments and really hope they integrate with our CRM provider (although this is apparently our CRM provider not wanting to support an integration & TouchRight do integrate with many CRM providers).

I originally started working with Touchright around 4 maybe 5 years ago in my previous employment and I have always found the software fantastic, its easy to understand the customer service on the phone if you have an issue is EPIC!

When I joined UK Rooms for rent in 2019 I begged and begged them to start using Touchright and we have finally started.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.

I have been introduced to TouchRight by Christie and Hughes Consultancy Services. We are a building and property maintenance company and It is great to have a customised report template which I use when providing one of our clients with particular service.

It is very easy to learn and I love that you can hide parts of the report which are not applicable to a particular property, providing the client with a very bespoke report everytime, with just the one template. We have already been complimented by our client on the new reports which is great!

Pricing

FREE set up, training, support, custom template building, integrations (except Reapit), multiple users, additional branches.

All Inclusive plan - most letting agents completing at least 2 or more reports at the same address each year will choose an 'All Inclusive' fixed price monthly plan.  You can complete as many reports and different report types without any additional costs.  According to industry data the average size portfolio is around 200 properties.  We have a property plan for 210 properties at £55+vat PM.  Over the year completing 2 reports at one address would equate to £1.57, 3 reports £1.05, 4 reports 79p.

Monthly Lite plan - is a minimum £10+vat PM that includes 4x reports PM (additional reports are £2.50+vat).  It includes all the features of the All inclusive plan and no property limits.  An ideal plan if you have a small portfolio or only want to use the software in an ad hoc way.

Onboarding

Setup / Onboarding

Every trial account has an on-board tour, so if you set a side 20-30 minutes to read the instructions to add a property, schedule an appointment and choose a ready-made template.  You can then sync this to the App on your device and simply run through a template in the office before syncing it back to the dashboard and seeing your final report.

We then tailor the set up and on-boarding process to suit each individual customer depending on how they plan to use the software with their PM's internally and with their external resource.  Some customers can set up on their own off the back of the on-board tour and are happy to use our ready made templates, others come to the software requiring custom templates, data importing, wanting to make use of the integrations and are looking to implement a change of internal processes across larger teams and branches.

Alongside the personal approach of webinars we have a number of other online resources to support and help users.  Web chat, 50+ FAQ's, YouTube channel with many 'How To' videos and 'hot tips' placed around the web dashboard.

Custom templates - digitally transform your current paper reports or make full use of the custom template builder for all your Property Management reports i.e. routine inspections, inventories, check ins, check outs, HMO, maintenance, Legionella, HHSRS, FFHH, block inspections, build to rent and more.  We can help get templates set up to meet any specific requirements for your business, so that you can get the most from the software.

Report linking - using linking allows you to 'see what you said last time'.  Ideal to make sure tenants aren't breaking any tenancy clauses or to keep an eye on your contractors work.  It works well if you complete your inventories and check outs in-house, plus it also saves the need to print reports.

Reporting - making use of linking above will allow you to produce a useful ‘comparison’ or ‘changes’ report, which are ideal for disputes or follow up actions, as previous report information and photos are instantly accessible.

Remote reporting and comments – give your landlords and tenants the option to complete, review, comment and sign reports remotely, providing an end-to-end paper-free solution with real-time updates, time-based reminders and a full history log. Plus you can also convert comments straight to repair issues.

Tag issues/repairs - tag your maintenance issues in the app or back on the dashboard.  It’s perfect for keeping on top of property maintenance and generating issue reports that can be sent to contractors.  Also if you use Fixflo, issues can be seamlessly pushed to your Fixflo account.

Photos - unlimited photos can be added three different ways to a report at no extra cost.  You can also ‘click’ on a photo in a report to enlarge to full size, which is helpful in the event of a dispute, plus it saves the need to print reports.  The dispute services like this feature as the photos become very clear.

Lone worker protection - a unique TouchRight feature that allows users to send custom alerts from the app,  including a map location.

Integrations - we have an Open API and currently connect with Acquaint, agentOS, Qube SLM, Reapit, SME Professional, Fixflo and Signable.  More integrations coming in 2020 with Arthur Online being on the list.
