Setup / Onboarding
We can check very quickly if one of your withdrawn properties has gone on to be sold and will advise if we believe that an investigation should be undertaken. We can talk you through the steps to fully recovering the fees that you are rightly owed. Just provide us with a list of your withdrawn properties and we'll do the rest. Most agencies do not even realise that they are owed fees.
Training & Support
Our Client Services Team will support you in any matters regarding property debt. Our ClientWeb portal enables our clients to check activity on any withdrawn cases placed with us for investigation, view communication with vendors, run bespoke reports, upload documentation and refer new withdrawn cases for our review and investigation.
