With a guaranteed minimum return of £2,500 that is paid to ALL partner agents just 7 days after sale, and a < 1% fall through rate, SDL Property Auctions offer agents a secure revenue stream. Ask your vendors; would you like a fixed timescale for completion, the maximum price in today’s market, all with the security of a non-refundable payment from your buyer – with no estate agency fees to pay? If the answer is yes, then all you need to do is contact your auction team. Vendors can set a reserve price, which the property will not sell below.
