Paperturn is a flipbook software, designed to convert your printed & PDF materials into digital publications, with a real, page-turning effect. Users can convert listing brochures, housing guides, property feature sheets, newsletters and so much more into engaging online publications. Any document can be displayed as an interactive, digital flipbook, designed to impress potential buyers.
Problems we solve for agents
Agents no longer have to print and physically distribute brochures, guides, newsletters and other sales & marketing materials.
With Paperturn they can digitise their materials - making it easy to share useful information with buyers via email; embedding it onto their website; or sharing it via the flipbook's unique link.
Agents are also able to track statistics on who's viewing their publications, from where, and how often. They can also get in-depth analytics from our Google Analytics integration.
Our platform is subscription based. You pay a monthly (or annual) subscription fee to keep your flipbook/s active and available online.
Your subscription fee (the amount) changes according to which account you choose (either BASIC or PRO - our PRO account offers more features), and according to how many flipbooks you want published.
You can also go for the annual subscription which will give you an additional 15% discount.

Setup / Onboarding
All you need is to upload your PDF to Paperturn, and the digital version will be up and running in a matter of minutes. From there you can easily add an array of features such as links, videos, pop-ups, lead forms, a table of contents and so much more. Overall, you could get your flipbook ready and live within an hour. It's just that simple!
