OMG-Mentoring: Where we become your "execution" and "accountability" partner. All too often we attend those amazing courses and are inspired. But get back to the office and never implement anything - too busy fire fighting ! Thats where I come in - I will get you to a place where you are either redundant or ready to sell.
My forte is compliance and process. You may have an amazing team but they are reactive rather than proactive. Let's get them working in the best way they can - using their time most effectively. I am not the "helicopter view" but the "boots on the ground" that will allow you to live your best life!

We charge for support and mentoring, at an hourly rate or a per-job rate depending on your needs and requirements
A site visit for a Health Check would be a day rate
Setup / Onboarding
To get things moving all it takes is an initial call of 30-45 minutes where we look at what your main issues are .
We devise a plan and we work towards the goals you want to achieve.
If its a Compliance Health Check we book it in and we get on with it - simples!
Training & Support
We give you as little or as much support as you need. Individual business needs will be different and we tailor our offering to suit what you need to achieve success.

OMG - Mentoring (Operations, Management, Growth) : will work with you to make your Agency the best it can be , we will look at your indivual needs but here are some of the areas we can work with you on. This list is not exhaustive:
- Compliance/Business Health Check . These should be carried out annually, and if you are considering selling are vital in terms of ensuring that your due diligence is spot on. We can attend your office and audit your systems and processes. Offering you a comprehensive report with action points. And if requested we can provide a full program of support and training to get you to where you need to be .
- Process and systems check. Do you have an Operations Manual? Are your team on board with it? We can work with you to ensure that your office works as efficiently as possible , freeing up time to facilitate growth
- Managing and Motivating your team: Do you have a structured program of Development for your team ? Do they have an Induction and Training Programme? Regular 121's. Have you set KPI and do you review them. The structure is vital to a positive workplace.
