Fantastic service which is easy to use. Most importantly the advisors are able to provide help if needed and cuts down on admin time. I would highly recommend the service.

Simple and easy, and best thing about Notify, is there live chat support, it gives us a way to reach them in the exact moment that I have questions or problems I can't solve on my own. This feels much better than sending an email to a support team; with email, it's hard to know when you'll get a response back.

Pauline was very helpful and dealt with my queries fast and efficiently.

The team are always available for any query and communication is excellent.

I have found the service at Notify to be first class and the system was easy to navigate. I appreciate the same point of contact which I think helps to build a long-term relationship as you get to know your account manager.
