Me and my partner are moving into a new rental property (amongst mayhem of moving jobs and being generally busy) and muuvo have really helped to streamline the process of getting set up with suppliers; electricity, gas, contacting council tax. I hadn’t used a service like this before but would definitely recommend. Also it’s worth noting that their customer service is fantastic. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with another (totally separate) company, I was a bit anxious about getting started talking to someone else but they were helpful, friendly and professional.

We are LOVING This platform….. It is making our jobs so much easier…..the excitement of utilities, council tax etc being taken off our hands and no more stress trying to contact utilities which was a massive bug bare.
We love when putting the property details into the platform it automatically lets us know the utility supplier which is fantastic. No more faffing about waiting in long q’s to not so nice music. Wouldn’t be without now.

Jamie has been extremely helpful from start to finish, I am not that technical but any problems Jamie is on the other end of the phone and more than happy to help. The system generates notifications when suppliers have ben notified which makes the whole process sleeker than any I have used before. I would highly recommend this service.
