Setup / Onboarding
Registering for an account is easy and takes a matter of seconds - you can then start drawing a floor plan right away. We automatically apply a 2 week free trial, as this gives users a real chance to ‘try-before-you-buy’.
No payment details are required upfront, agents are free to decided whether or not to continue using the service following their no-obligation free trial period. During the trial, you get all the benefits that a client would so you can make an informed decision about our overall service. This includes the usual unlimited support, PlanBank, branded/coloured plans and usage reports (to see how well you and the team are doing).
Multi-branch agent? We take the hassle away completely by setting up all the branch accounts for you (usually within 24 hours of confirmation). We also arrange the necessary group training webinars to get everyone up to speed quickly and efficiently.
All users have access to a dedicated Account Manager who will ensure your trial or subscription is running as smoothly as you expect.
Training & Support
Our training and support package is free and comes as standard with every Metropix subscription.
This includes telephone and email support, as well as Live Chat via our website.
