- We conduct a strict registration process, starting with a telephone screening interview followed by an hour-long face to face interview. The interview is both challenging and revealing, enabling us to provide our clients with an honest account of their experience and skills. Additionally, we verify candidate’s identity by obtaining copies of passports, driving licence and NI details.
- Many of our candidates are recommended by our candidates and clients. In most cases we obtain exclusivity on attendance, therefore our candidates are unlikely to be the ones circulating via other agencies and generally a higher standard having passed our interview process.
- Over 60% of our clients have continued to use us since commencement in 2000
- Over 96% of business generated over the past 10 years has come from repeat business from our existing clients.
