I have been a member of the land and new homes network for approaching four years. Like most agents that onboard with the networker great intentions and keen to get stuck in but the retail side of agency tend to drag you back into the trenches!

I made a conscious decision after working with Kevin and Ian & listening to other members of the LNH Network how they managed to break free from their day to day agency shackles! So I promoted within and managed to create time to really focus on my land and new home’s business!

I am a bit networker but the biggest challenge I found was the change of language! From 15 plus years purely B2C and then moving into a B2B environment was alien to me! Kevin, Ian, Victoria, George, Chris and all of the team have been super supportive!

I have just been paid my first BIG land acquisition fee which has also galvanized my 2022 year with the exits (resales) without Kevin and the team I am not sure I would have had the ability or confidence to close this deal as at the site meeting I have the knowledge through the incredible ongoing training the networking provides to actually hold my own and add value to the process.
