We manage thousands of moves every month, for hundreds of agencies, including Strutt & Parker, Finders Keepers, Knight Frank and Paramount. Our range of products help these agencies effectively manage their properties, saving them a huge amount of time and money.
From notifying the local council & water companies, through to setting up insurance & broadband, our clever Home Setup Service helps customers save time, money and hassle during their home move.

Home Setup Service (for buyers, sellers and renters)

We remove all of the administration associated with managing change of occupancy notifications to suppliers, on behalf of landlords. These services, managed properly, for both move ins AND move outs, save agents a huge amount of time on a weekly basis, which results in massive cost savings.
In addition, we enhance the service they offer their customers, both sales and lets, which leads to higher brand engagement and stronger word of mouth referrals.
Our service is free of charge to customers who come via agency referrals (we charge movers £290 if they come direct to our site, without an agency). We earn revenue in the same way a price comparison site operates, generating a small fee every time a customer takes up a recommendation that we make, on commercial services only. In addition, we provide a range of change of occupancy services - water, sewerage, council, gas and electricity notifications - where we don't earn a penny. This delivers a great service to our agents - and their customers - so it's something we've built into our business model.
