We run digital marketing accounts for property clients all over the UK.  Completely bespoke to your company, nothing duplicated, all original content and design, led by industry expert Jane Gardner who is a level 4 examiner for Propertymark and has been working in the industry since the mid 1980s.

BESPOKE WEBSITE DESIGN: 

We build unique websites for our estate agency clients, incorporating all property software feeds and using a bespoke framework, designed and content written especially for your brand.

LETTINGS VIRTUAL CONSULTANCY:  

Jane will help you to build your lettings business, grow your management portfolio and implement all of the best systems and processes.

Most agents do not want to spend hours on social media, or updating their websites, writing blogs, researching local events and news. Really positive

Since JPG took control of our social media we have seen a huge difference in our profiles across all platforms, from record breaking viewings of posts and videos to many great new business links. Social media is such an integral part of our business marketing now, and this is down to the work JPG have put in with all our staff and business associates alike. We have a great relationship with Jane and Lydia and although geographically we are miles apart we connect daily and its as if they are here in our offices with us.

Jane, ably aided by Charlott has literally transformed our Lettings business. Having never personally worked in Lettings myself I have always found it a challenge to help my Lettings Manager deal with the issues that were holding the department back. Jane with her unique way and endless know how in all things Letting has driven real and lasting change and completely overhauled our offering, marketing and best of all our fees!

With our websites it is difficult to track because most of the websites had no analytical data before we took over, however, I know that Northfields had around 4k new visitors per month on their old site and they consistently have over 6k now, plus much higher page views per month, and it is improving as we amend their site daily.

Onboarding

Setup / Onboarding

All clients will have an initial zoom meeting to discuss strategy and will be guided through the set-up process, although it is pretty simple in most instances.

Social set-up is done by us, one week required.

Website process works in 4 stages, initial concept and planning, coding & formatting, content, imagery and bulk of site, final tweaks. We can get a website up and live within 8 weeks, however, it is totally down to client sign-off and can take longer if they wish.

Video filming is instantaneous, however, if a story-board is required this can take from 5-50 days to write, depends on the client’s needs. Editing and production is usually 2 days from filming, subject to sign-off.

Training & Support

Strategy meeting prior to commencement and periodically (subject to service undertaken) and WhatsApp with key team members, and weekly Zoom for many clients.
