Setup / Onboarding
It takes just a moment to get set-up with your own interactive dashboard and introduced to your Referencing Account Handler. You’ll enjoy the simplicity of the software’s design and function. You will have 24/7 access to add new tenants for referencing straight away, view progress and documents uploaded.
Training & Support
As one of our agents, you will have your own dedicated referencing expert who will be taking your prospective tenants through the checks. They are available to you for support at any time and enjoy building a relationship with their agents over the years.
We provide all training as a complementary part of the service. We love to provide training in your office but where this is more difficult, we will meet you virtually, on a Zoom call or Microsoft Teams.
