Goodlord currently integrates with a select number of PMS companies, service providers, and complementary proptech organisations, to ensure a smooth lettings journey for letting agents and their landlords and tenants. We currently integrate with the providers linked below, and the following non-industry suppliers DAS Insurance, Octopus energy, Paymentshield, Scottish Power, Sky, and Virgin Media.
Pricing starts from £87.50 per month, which will give you full access to all Goodlord time and cost savings, as well as our full portfolio of income-generating products.

Setup / Onboarding
Once the contract is signed and initial steps completed, Goodlord configures an agency’s platform so it’s ready in time for their very first call with us as a customer.
On this welcome call, we run the customer through their onboarding timeline, recap the Goodlord process and show them how to access their platform. We also book their team training' this includes three core training sessions including platform, referencing and progressing a tenancy training.
The training sessions will guide them through how to use Goodlord on a day to day basis and that they are getting the most out of our product and services.
The length per session varies, if we’re looking at one branch this training will be across 3 days in 1-hour sessions. If we’re training multiple branches this could take anywhere between 3 days and 3 weeks, to ensure all staff are trained up.
