COMPLYLEX™ can run in a browser but it is also a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed to run on laptops, PCs and mobile devices.

COMPLYLEX™ will help all property professionals including negotiators, administrators, property managers and directors, to follow best legal practice, twenty four hours a day.

Instant access to all compliance matters, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All users will always receive email updates, whenever there is new or changing legislation. Rest easy that you and your staff, are always up to speed, on all matters Compliance. Wonderful learning tool for all new starters, as well as, an instant reference tool for all your existing staff.
There are two subscriptions available. For the PREMIUM PACKAGE, the monthly subscription is £25 inclusive of VAT (£20.83 net) per office for UNLIMITED users per office, no limit on devices, per user. If you are a TDS member, you also receive 5 free training academy sessions, per office, per annum, as part of your Premium package subscription to Complylex. The training sessions give you 5 CPD points per annum. There is no contract, you can cancel your subscription, at any time.
For the STANDARD OFFICE PACKAGE, the monthly subscription is £12 inclusive of VAT (£10 net) this allows for upto 6 USERS per office. As with the Premium Package, there is no contract, you can cancel your subscription, at any time. Again, no contract, you can cancel your subscription, at any time.
Setup / Onboarding
It should take no longer than 5 minutes. Just go to our website and hit the register button. You need to put in your email address, create your own unique password. You will receive a verification email confirming your registration with a link back to Complylex. Go to sectors and then Purchase a subscription, you will be taken to the Stripe on line payment system, enter your card details, you will receive a receipt of payment from Stripe via email and you are subscribed.
