These guys are brilliant, the regular e-mail updates gives my team the ability to monitor progress on every sale, whilst providing the freedom to concentrate on valuations, instructions and sales . Our exceptional relationship with our sales progressors enables us to trouble shoot and get involved in the process only if we need to in a supporting role. In recent sales ASAP's sales progressors have been the difference in a difficult sale reaching exchange instead of being a fall through and their willingness to go above and beyond has really impressed me. The bonus is they're all really nice people to deal with. I was not sold on the idea being a long serving agent, but the proof of the pudding is it works so well.

I have used this service for many years and had only one spell were I felt the service had reduced. The majority of the team are really great at what they do. I fully appreciate Jill, Tony and Jamie to name a few. They are focussed problem solvers and a pleasure to work with. On the odd occassion you get another team member that doesn't posses the same skill set but when you report this, they company reacts and does what they can to address your concern. The only reason its not a 5 Star rating is due to that odd person, however Jill, Tony and Jamie are just a handfull of the 5 plus star team we've had the pleasure of working with.
