The Advanced Rent Option (ARO) began its journey in 2018 as a way of offering landlords a year's rent upfront. Like all the best ideas, it’s a really simple concept and all the more powerful because of it. Since then we have tested and refined the ARO, as well as developed robust processes and procedures in order to make it available to a select number of partner agents.
As an Advanced Rent Option member, you will be one of an exclusive group of agents able to offer your landlords a unique opportunity to receive a quality full management service including a year's rent upfront, even when the tenants pay monthly.
It’s a competitive market out there and the ARO has proven to be a devastating weapon to win new landlord business, giving its members the edge over their competition, to attract and retain more landlords, which in turn helps them to build a larger, long-term portfolio.
We have a limit of 200 partner agents, which is approx 1% of the UK market and memberships are going fast. Preference is being given to small-medium independent market leaders with a track record of success, however, any legitimate agent is invited to apply. Any agent interested in winning a new landlord business and having the edge over the competition really can’t afford to let this opportunity pass them by.

Pricing ARO membership options
- Non-exclusive 12-month local licence: £200 pm +vat
- Semi-exclusive 12-month local license (sharing with one other local agent): £300 pm + vat
- Exclusive 12-month local licence (Exclude up to 15 local competitors): £500 pm +vat.
Cost of funds
We charge 7.5% of the year's rent to fund an ARO deal
Setup / Onboarding
During the free onboarding week ARO shares access to ARO training and white label marketing (ready for branding) and book in a live zoom call to ensure the new partner and relevant staff are best equipped to make the most of the membership.
Training & Support
Support is available throughout the membership and periodic check in calls are available where needed.
