Great Service
As an agent doing circa 30 lets per month, We need a referencing agency that can turn around our references quickly and efficiently for us. Having used Van Mildert for some time now, We are very happy with the prompt service and speed in which they can carry out the references. The reference process is automated which means it takes us seconds to complete and we are always getting regular updates from the team at Van Mildert. We would highly recommend them.
Fantastic service
The referencing is streamlined which means it takes me seconds to complete the first page and then the tenants are informed to complete their details. I haven’t had any tenants chasing references which is a big thing for me as I do process a lot of applications. I am also regularly updated by the team at Van Mildert which saves me a job.
