I've worked in software development and deployment for 28 years and have just set up a business using Inventory Hive. Excellent software, easy to use and the integration with photographs makes it a fantastic product. A few years ago this technology wasn't available.

I would really recommend Inventory Hive we’ve found it a great tool to use, I’ve tried others in the past and not got on well with them I cant see us wanting to change from inventory hive anytime soon. We use it for inventory reports and checkout reports which has really helped us where we have had cases of dispute at the end of the tenancy as the check-in and check-out photos are time and date stamped so there really is no room for dispute. I like it as it’s an interactive tool so the housemates can upload supporting photographs and comments on the inventory document for us to either approve or disagree. It’s really user friendly and works great on the phone when we are doing the reports. I’d say it takes around 30 minutes to do an inventory of a bedroom and a bit longer around 45 minutes for an en-suite room. The great thing about the checkout reports is you can very easily compare them against the check-in photos.

Inventory Hive is a great platform to use for reporting. The team is very helpful in assisting with any problems and is happy to take on feedback to help develop their features and adjust to your requirements.
