Setup / Onboarding
After a live demo which explains how the service works, a client would register for the trial. They would be given access to a client portal where they create their FAQ's and have the option of choosing pre-populated questions from their sector to guide them. These FAQ's are checked and discussed with the client if further information is needed. The client is able to additional information to ensure the agents represent them professionally. FAQ's are imported into the chat software and a piece of JavaScript code is created and sent to the client, along with instructions on installing it onto the website. When the code is on the site the trial begins. The client is contacted regularly throughout the trial, i.e. 14 days in to give stats/feedback, then 25 days in to quote before the trial ends. Any changes that need to be made to the FAQ's or chat box settings can be made at any time. Once a quote is issued and a client confirms they wish to continue with the service, an invoice is issued.
Training & Support
Once FAQ's have been completed and imported into the chat software, the Chat Heroes agents are sent the full details, the website information and the expectations of the client, especially if any specific requirements are required for their Company. Any updates to the FAQ's and service are communicated with the live chat agents throughout.
