I have been extremely impressed by the attitude of every single member of staff at ASAP Progression - they are obviously a very well run business. The service we receive from ASAP makes our job as an agent so much easier - regular (at least weekly) updates to us, our buyers and sellers on the progression of each of our many sales in our pipeline; weekly phone calls between the progressors and valuers; monthly reports showing the pipeline progress - you couldn't ask for more. Whenever we need something, the progressors and management are so responsive to us, as well as to the customers. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our customers about the service that has been provided by ASAP.

We use ASAP for our Sales Progression at our estate agency and would be lost without Jess. Jess is our dedicated progressor, and once a sale is agreed it is passed to her to move it along to completion. It's like having a dedicated sales progressor in the office, only she works from home!! I receive updates daily on each property sale, in thorough detail, and I am copied into all correspondence between solicitors and clients. I cannot fault the service and rely on Jess every day! We have recently started using ASAP, We was a bit nervous at first as putting your pipeline into someone else's hands is always a big thing for any agent. Since joining them they now chase around 50% of our full pipeline and we are finding the sales they chase go through quicker than in branch. With this in mind we hope to refer more to them and try increase the volume they chase for us. Overall we are very happy with the team and service received.
