A very slick system which we have now rolled out to ALL of our sales branches. I genuinly beleive it gives us an edge and our listers are proud to use it.

Great software, its not just the appt confirmation its the comparables it pulls in from both properties that are on the market and properties that have sold. To be able to show a client those comps and go through them in detail has made my valuations more accurate and thus I have been able to achieve a quicker sale.

Very easy to use software which has meant we have a consistent approach to both pre valuations and post valuation follow ups across all our branchs. Great we can see when clients view it via the automated alerts so we can make the appropriate phone calls at the right time.
