We are very happy with the services we have received. We were wary of using a nationwide company due to past poor experiences with customer service, but have no issues with NSI and are very happy to be working with them.

"NSI have been easy to deal with and quick to respond. They took on a huge amount of EICR's for Belvoir Telford and these were booked in with tenants and carried out as quickly as possible. They kept us informed of any difficulty with tenant contact and making appointments.
Where we did have a complaint, this was dealt with immediately and some extra training was rolled out to their electricians. The complaint was take very seriously and followed up to make sure we were happy with the outcome.
