Really impressed with the system!
We have been using MIO for a few months now and are really impressed with the system. It’s easy to see the deals on a high level as well as the detail. Buyers and sellers can check up anytime as well as add actions they have done.
The interface is intuitive, and quick and easy to use.
One our biggest frustrations of late has been lines of communication with Solicitors, particularly over the past 9 months as housing transactions have increased significantly increasing the burden on conveyancing teams. Spending your day chasing for updates is no one’s idea of fun. It seemed to us that technology had to improve so that Estate Agents and Conveyancers could communicate between themselves better. It was then a breath a fresh air to see that Mio had been working on this solution. We’ve been using Mio for a month and already it’s revolutionised our sales progression. The interface is intuitive, and quick and easy to use. It gives great visibility on chains with milestones on each step to easily keep track off. The quoting system is extremely fast and has meant we have converted more referrals than waiting on Solicitors to quote. The ability to integrate with Solicitors and other Agents is a great innovation and a real leap forwards. The platform makes the process easier and quicker improving service levels all round. We highly recommend it for Estate Agents and Conveyancers alike.

Mio does exactly that and more by offering buyers and sellers the opportunity to input information themselves as they tick off 'milestones' and keep track of their sale via the app. It offers more clarity than any standard CRM facility and matches our company philosophy to embrace proptech to help enhance our service to customers as we have successfully achieved with lettings

Finally someone is providing technological innovation to the progression and conveyancing aspect of estate agency. MIO offers a user friendly platform, that assists even the most inexperienced estate agent in ensuring that they keep on top of the most important milestones, and allows connectivity between vendors, buyers, their agent and other associated parties within their chain. Once utilised fully, MIO will make the progression process more efficient, and inevitably should assist with cash flow.

The big win with MIO is that it organises you. Sometimes a case can take up a lot of your time and if you have a busy pipeline, cases can get overlooked. Also clients love it as it opens the communication lines up without taking up too much of anyone’s time.
Its easy to use, saves time for the agent and helps the client too!
As a Company we want to use innovative ideas to make the client experience the best it can be. We like to be modern and up to date in our approach and wanted a service that could be interactive with our clients. Mio, does just that, by using the app, they can see exactly what is happening in the chain, they can add information themselves, and can even have ‘real time’ chats with me. We also, have a surprisingly large number of clients using the system, we have been amazed by the uptake by our clients.
The More agents we have in the chain the easier it is for us to progress, it saves time on calls or e mails, because, if there is another agent using Mio in the chain the information is already there for you, thus saving time. If we al used it, we would only have to look after our own sales, and not have to chase up and down chains for information.
I was initially worried about changing everything over, you’re already comfortable on a system and the thought of changing all those sales is daunting, but the Mio team were fabulous, and got everything changed over, quickly and efficiently and showed us how best to use the system. Also, they are always on hand if you have a problem.
Mio, also, listen to the agents using the system and are tweaking it all the time, to improve it and make it as user friendly as possible.
Its easy to use, saves time for the agent and helps the client too…..in an age where everyone wants everything at the touch of a button, its all there for them, what else could you want.
Being an Old School Agent I always liked pen and paper for sales progression and was very sceptical when initially introduced to MIO.
But to my amazement, the clarity and ease of use was amazing. Mio saved me so much time, I can see what milestones are reached, omitted, or still outstanding at a glance.
With the rest of the team having access, keeping clients and customers updated even when I am out of the office is great, the team can just update on the last milestone reached and the relevant notes to the next chase date.
As a result I don’t have an endless list of people to call back when I return from appointments. The interface for the Vendors and Buyers having the ability to complete the milestones themselves is also a great feature. I haven’t needed the support often but when I have the team at MIO are quick to answer and resolve any issue or query. I certainly would be at a loss now without Mio now. It certainly was a game changer for me.
Mio Sales Progression - A Forward Thinking Brand
As a branch manager of a busy office, I am always looking at ways that I can improve our internal processes and offer my vendors an alternative way of communication but continue our top quality customer service.
Mio does exactly that , perfect and easy to use system that doesn’t require a huge amount of technical knowhow but has already made a positive impact on my staff and the way we all work with our Sales after offer acceptance.
We have already encouraged other agents in our area to contact Nick Harrison (Account Manager) and trial mio, share the data feeds we receive so that we can all benefit from what is a genuine problem and reduce those unnecessary phone calls.
We can log in at anytime of day and anywhere, even at home to check the latest milestones, messages from our clients and data feeds that may have come in overnight from solicitors to see exactly where our sales are. The clever task list also keep us in check for any work we need to complete and the best bit of all is the 24/7 view of the whole chain which means everyone using mio has one visible view we can all work from. Very clever piece of technology.
