We have now been with loop for a few months and wow what a great system. Very intuitive, great service and always looking for ways to improve. Highly recommended.

WOW! From start to finish the service from the team at Loop has been amazing. The whole set up process has been hassle free. Chris is a credit to Loop. Friendly, professional and approachable.
Well we have been well and truly Looped!
We started our business in April 2021 from a cold start and kept our overheads down as much as possible. We came from an agency that used a well known CRM starting with the letter J, but just couldn’t justify the outgoing for them.
The business took off…..it really took off and things have been great and have massively outweighed what our prediction was….In fact the business plan for the past 18 months has been thrown out of window months ago!
However, we needed to move with the times and the one thing that was constantly in our mind was the CRM that we were using. It is something that we use constantly, daily and we needed to upgrade. But what too? There are so many to choose from.
To be honest, we only met one person after doing our research and we were sold at the first Zoom meeting. That man is…Mark Bevan. We just gelled. Our love of cycling probably had something to do with it, but he just got us, what we are about, what we are trying to create and we found that we were more than just a number to him and the Loop organisation from that first meet.
We didn’t need to meet anyone else. He Looped us!
The training….brilliant! We decided to have the in house onsite training and Mark spent two days with us. This was invaluable and well worth doing.
We have been with Loop coming up two months. The CRM suits all of our needs and more. It is forward thinking and has helped us not only gain more instructions, but know our buyers better and has quickened up certain process massively, making us more efficient agents and using our hours at work in a better more productive way.
They listen. They are open to what agents want and need to be better. Something that is refreshing in this industry. So many do not listen and Loop are constantly evolving and keeping us posted on what new ideas are being implicated.
In all a great experience and we look forward to evolving with them over the coming years.

So far so good.....
Excellent from the beginning and we are happy with everything so far; the company seems to understand the industry and are happy to make ammends where relevent. Chris provided excellent training and continued support.
We took the leap into loop!
Well to be honest we were thrown into it…our previous software provider (the one that owns a well-known purple website beginning with Z) literally gave us 3 months’ notice that our support would end and we would no longer have a feed to the internet (this was after 20 odd years of loyal custom!)
Well BOOM wake up call for us, myself and two colleagues set to trying to find different suppliers.
We met online with several, but the moment we joined the zoom with Mark Bevan from Loop we all felt at ease…we had found the right product for our office. He got us and understood what we needed and wanted. He instantly gave us access to a dummy site for us to play and look at, something other providers were hesitant or simply refused to do…nothing seemed to phase Mark, and he has delivered everything he promised.
When it came to the merger from our old software to Loop, Mark was joined in our offices by Oliver (the big boss man) both guys made the transition a piece of cake….they worked tirelessly to make sure that we had as minimal down time (if any) without an operating system.
Our go-live date was April fool’s day – no joke! And it really was no joke – it all went to plan – they are well organised and supportive – pretty much available 24/7 to help for the initial period…since then the teething problems have been minimal – and supported instantly when raised.
The development team take suggestions and actually action them – unlike our previous supplier who simply added it to an ever-increasing list and never did them – these guys listen to us – the client – and take on board our suggestions and needs!
They are friendly, relaxed, supportive and more importantly their communication about changes, additions and improvements are fantastic – we wish we had found Loop sooner – they really value you as a client and it shows with the way they deal with us – we aren’t just a number – we are a plaque on their wall of fame (ask to see it!) so they remember all their customers daily!
As they continue to grow as a company so does their support and development.
We took the leap, and have not looked back – we are now 100% in the LOOP!

Outstanding!
Still in our early days with Loop but it has been a real eye-opener. A lot more features and a better interface than our previous software and superb support.

Intuitive and easy to use
We have been onboard with Loop for just over
a month now and have to the say the transition
process moving over from our previous CRM has
been so straightforward. The team at Loop led the
way from the first meeting through to post delivery
and are still on hand for any feedback and technical
assistance now.
Having gone through challenging CRM change
overs in the past, this time it really has been a
breeze. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to
use. Happy to take feedback the Loop team are also
improving it on an almost daily basis too
Easy to use
Having used another system since opening 11 years ago,
we were suffering from regular outages and slow speeds
costing us both time and money.
We were looking for something much more up-to-date
with features that we could actually use in our day-to-day
business activities.
We investigated so many different systems but Loop
stood out head and shoulders from the competition!!
Many of them were so complicated with convoluted
processes and features that were not of any use and very
expensive. However, Loop is so easy to use, intuitive with
lots of extra features, its easy to train to use and most of
all very cost-effective.
From start to finish, the process has been so easy, any
problems have been addressed quickly with new features
being launched and updated almost weekly.
I highly recommend Mark and all the Loop Team to anyone
wanting a top-performing CRM system that can be
seamlessly installed up and running with minimum stress
and upheaval.
