Great value, easy to use and streamlines the inventory process
As a self-employed audio typist, I've been working with Inventory Companies for the past 7 years, a couple of which were already using Inventory Base. The software is very easy to use and navigate and has a great range of different packages to suit all business sizes, bespoke packages are also available. I've recommended the software to a couple of my existing clients, one has been using Inventory Base for a couple of years now, and I have no doubt that it has helped to streamline the inventory process for them and improve the service they provide and reports are produced with ease and speed. Another client recently signed up for the free trial on my recommendation and is currently looking into using Inventory Base in the near future.

"I've been working as an audio transcriptionist for 7 years and the bulk of my work is typing property inventories. During my first year I was introduced to Inventory Base by one of my first clients and was so impressed with it that I've since recommended it to another client who has now been using Inventory Base for her property inventory business for the last couple of years. Although I'm not involved in the 'back office' part of the software, I use the reporting side of it regularly to produce inventory reports for my clients. I've recently recommended it to a new client of mine who had expressed an interest in wanting her reports to look more up to date/modern.
What all my clients have told me is that they love that fact that there are a choice of packages to choose from or you can have a tailor made package to suit your business needs.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Inventory Base to any property inventory company as it is so user friendly and customisable."

As a self-employed audio typist, I've used Inventory Base with a number of clients over the past 5 years, one of which signed up to Inventory Base on my recommendation. From a typists point of view the software is incredibly easy to use and can be adapted to a companies needs with ease. The subscription packages are flexible enough to allow smaller inventory companies to streamline their reporting services as well as accommodating larger companies who deal with a large property portfolio. Any 'glitches' with the software are dealt with quickly and with minimal disruption to the client.

I love Inventory Base
I am always amazed at how quickly the Inventory Base team are so quick to give support, especially during the week end. The team are really friendly too

Brilliant Customer Service and ongoing support
Inventory Base are a great example of a company who are always willing to help and support me. No query, silly question is ever a problem. Always swift at responding to messages. Very flexible answering outside of normal hours. Would highly recommend them as a great provider.

Does exactly what i want it to do
"If I were able to devise a software program that does exactly what I want it to do, it would look exactly that provided by Inventory Base. I have used other inventory software programs and found them to be vague and ambiguous. The Inventory Base software gives me the peace of mind to know that disputes relating to my reports are negligible and my reports are accurate and easy to follow.
Also, in a world where, at present, many many businesses hide behind the coronavirus as an excuse for what is just very poor customer service, the Inventory Base staff are prompt to respond and helpful with their advice. "

Very good product and has been most useful for ensuring clairty of product.
