once again I return to complain of the trials and tribulations of Billings better!!! after having a warrant on our house due to this company we now have them charging us for a house we do not even live in!
absolute joke of a company.
provide zero contact to try to resolve issues and will rob you of every penny they can.
please please NEVER get involved with this company. unfortutantely myself and my housemates are still facing the consequences of signing with this company despite leaving our university house MONTHs ago.
Great if you love court summons for unpaid council tax!
BillingBetter caused me several issues, mainly a court summons for unpaid council tax they where meant to pay. Avoid like the plague - there is a reason why they have disabled reviews on their Facebook page.
