AREA is a very well designed, intuitive software. Leads are fed through instantly and can be called/emailed through the system making life much easier as phones and agency software are all integrated. Also a shout out to the IT team as they are really great, responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

I have been using Area for a while now and don’t know how I organised my leads without it. Easy to use, saves time and allows you to interact with your clients effectively. Something that every agent should be using.

Simple, sleek and a huge time saver!

This is the best piece of revenue generating and cost saving piece of software I've used. It deals with all of your portal enquiries in an incredibly effecient manner by collating all the useful information required before first contact is made by the agent saving a great deal of time but also allowing for meaningful conversations quickly. It records how long it takes for leads to be answered, how many, from where, the actual telephone conversations had when contacted though Area (brilliant for training purposes), you can call the lead directly from your desk or from your mobile/working from home, there are loads of 'insights' which analyse all the stats, I could could go on forever!!!
It's really is a game changer - all leads now get processed quickly, none are left like they were in the past! I'm confident that all of the money we spend on advertising is being we ll taken care of when we receive leads. If there are gaps in the business we can see them easily and increase resources as required. It's immensely helpful for the team - all the info is collated in a simple but effective dashboard which is simple to use and clear what has and what needs to be done.
I cannot recommend this product highly enough, we couldn't live with out it. It's absolutely brilliant and the team are great, thank you Area!!!
