Having used Vebra, Jupix and Lifesycle in the past, Apex 27 is the easiet to use and its great that it is customisable to your needs with loads of integrations available. They are also a pleasure to work with which makes life much easier.

I’m very impressed with Apex27 and the efficiency of the support team there too. John Clarke has been excellent and both the mobile functionality and desktop seem ideal! Very happy so far and during this initial period! Very happy to recommend Apex27 and the team.

My last CRM host was bought out by a larger competitor and despite promise after promise, the new platform let my business down. I searched over and no CRM could deliver what I required to run my business until a stumbled across Apex27. Firstly, who are they? Free? something didn't seem right, but how wrong was I ! I signed up online and followed the guide to onboarding. I had a few issues with how to record rents and I made use of the free 1 hour training session. John was amazing and patient and delivered without stutter a training session. I feel confident that the support given will remain well into the future.
The CRM platform looks complex but once you have had a look around, it has everything an agent requires to complete the management tasks. It has a few hidden surprises too, which will help me streamline my time and energy into finding new business. Would I recommend Apex27. Absolutely YES! finally a system that works and in price comparison, blows the other mediocre platforms out of the equation.

After a terrible experience with our previous CRM provider it was refreshing to meet and work with Apex27. The team worked tirelessly and achieved our launch target date to migrate our data across which was made extremely difficult by our previous provider! The basic foundation of the system is simple to use and does exactly what is required and is ideal for remote working as well as office based. Apex27 also has the ability to personalise to suit the intricacies of our business. We had some very specific tasks we required our CRM to perform and James and the team were the only provider who were able to solve our problems effectively. Thank you for all your help and assistance so far.

I'm a small independent estate agent with two offices and 35 years of experience. In the last 25 years of using digital software my biggest concern has always been changing provider. Having moved to reapit approximately eight years ago I was scared to move again. The move to apex 27 was considerably easier than the move to reapit.

John, James and the team couldn't have been more useful, and importantly in these difficult times they have managed to save me both money and time with both my estate agency and lettings software as well as the property website.

The system is very user friendly, cost effective, and comprehensive allowing our automated office systems to run smoothly, and our staff to manage their time and workload effectively & efficiently, even when working from home.

If you're a start-up OR a larger business I would strongly recommend you try this software. As as start-up of 1 person I don't pay anything for use of the software, and I have full functionality! It's awesome! As I grow, it's super affordable per user after that and no set up costs! Brilliant. They take suggestions for new features too and tend to action them quickly too - as long as they're not mega complicated!

I am currently using Apex27 and whilst still in beta mode it performs wonderfully well
