Encountered a problem with some incorrect procedures I had made in Agent OS so I sent a request by email for assistance. Within ten minutes Jade responded and suggested a quick telephone call –within a very short time the problem was resolved with easy steps and the minimum of fuss. Well done Jade and thanks!

Myself and my companies have used AgentOS (formally LetMc) since 2008, some 13 years, and I have no reason to even consider another CRM to handle all of my lettings, management and client accounting activities. All products on paper look the same, the key difference, and one not to be under estimated, is the level of "no quibble" support. No matter how silly or minor the issue, or how complex, there is always a support team member to have a reasoned discussion with to find the optimal solution for all parties concerned. AgentOS is a team member, and really did change the way we did and do business.

AgentOS are a rare breed of company, even more so, in the property industry. A company that is constantly innovating and engaging with clients and suppliers alike. They have an open API which might not mean a lot to most but for a developer, it's like gold dust. A company that actually wants you to integrate with it.
